White & Gold at Fig & Olive Melrose Place

Come early to enjoy your favorite dishes on RivaBella’s menu, or stay later into the evening to enjoy a preset menu (think langoustine crude, semolina gnocchi with oxtail ragu, risotto “cacao e pepe” with king crab, oven baked Dover sole and more), champagne toast and party favors. Providence
Celebrate over a special seven-course prix-fixe dinner over highlights like baked live scallop with black truffle, Maine lobster, wild striped bass and dry aged prime rib of beef with black truffle and braised root vegetables. $210/280 with wine pairings.
Patina
Ring in the new year at the downtown find dining destination’s annual gala. Enjoy prix-fixe early evening and mid-evening feasts, and an á la carte menu available in the late evening. Luxurious offerings include Lobster Ravioli au Daikon with caviar and verjus vinaigrette; Guinea Hen with charred leeks, leg confit cigar, and sauce Périgord; Pavlova with passionfruit crème and champagne bubbles; Petrossian Caviar with buckwheat blinis and traditional accoutrements; and a selection of matured artisanal cheeses from Patina’s legendary cheese cart, served with a variety of winter chutneys and gourmet nuts. Butchers & Barbers

New Year’s Rockin’ Eve at Cecconi’s
Ring in 2015 over a four-course prix fixe menu and a complementary glass of Champagne. Highlights of the meal include seared yellow fin, tonnata, quail eggs and chili; risotto, porcini and black truffle; prime beef filet, cipollini agrodolce and Barolo jus; and scallops, cauliflower & pancetta. First seating 5-8 p.m., $90/pp; second seating after 9 p.m., $150/pp.
Culina
Dine early on a four-course menu, or to raise a glass with a five-course prix fixe menu during the prestigious hotel’s New Year’s Eve Gala in the adjacent Windows Lounge. Both meals will also feature an optional $65 white truffle supplement featuring truffles hand-sourced from Alba, located in the heart of Piedmont, Italy. Highlights include John Dory with brown butter gnocchi, Vitello Lombo with Swiss chard, olives, persimmon mustard and creamy polenta. 6-7 p.m., $85/pp; 8-11 p.m., $135/pp.

Scarpetta
Start your night early with a three course prix fixe dinner of highlights like steak tartare, ricotta agnolotti, crispy striped bass, vanilla caramel budino for $95/pp, 6-6:30 p.m. Later on you can indulge in a five-course tasting menu ($185/pp) featuring courses like big eye tuna involtini, roasted forest mushroom stufato, crispy black bass and more, including DJ and live music for both seatings.

Hinoki & the Bird
Let the Century City dining destination transport you to Mumbai, India as the restaurant is decorated with colorful fabrics and Indian spice-inspired celebratory special dishes will complement the regular dinner menu. There will also be a champagne toast at midnight and DJ entertainment.

Choose from one of three separate truffle themed tasting menus. Bootleggers Ball at Chaya Venice
