Adoteca is the latest project from Chef Antonio Mure and Front of House Paolo Cesaro (Casa Ado), which occupies a well-treaded stretch of San Vicente Blvd., across the street from Brentwood’s airy Rag & Bone outpost.
What you’ll discover, once you relax in the warm ambiance, is a menu of passionate cuisine, inspired by Chef Mure’s childhood in Parma, Italy. You may gravitate to seasonal offerings like the homemade pastas, carefully roasted filet Mignon, fresh seafood selections like raw sea scallops served with fresh burrata cheese and topped with caviar, or dishes infused with uni, Chef Mure’s latest obsession.

Chef Mure has also partnered with Chef Alberto Lazzarino from Piedmont, Italy and Cordero di Montezemolo winery to offer an exclusive four-course dinner at Adoteca on May 28. Enjoy menu selections like risotto with wild duck ragout; braised veal shank served over soft polenta, each expertly paired with wine selections (5:30-10 p.m., $75, reservations required).
