The centerpiece of the menu are top selections of meat and seafood and creative banchan accompaniments. It’s broken down into beef, pork and Chef’s Cuts like beef tongue, spiced lamb, intestines, hamachi collar and some of the most giant (Carabineros) prawns you’ve ever seen. You can also go all out for a tomahawk steak served with foie gras butter, or combos of some of the menus more popular pork and beef offerings. Nov. 10-12. The tidal wave that is the L.A. doughnut craze gets fueled even more this week with free doughnuts from forthcoming OC-based Sidecar Doughnuts and Coffee in Santa Monica.
