In its second year, the week-long experience includes a battle of the coasts tasting menu from Le Sirenuse’s Michelin-starred Chef Matteo Temperini and Shutters’ Isaac Gamboa. Dine on delicacies from Temperini like marinated amberjack, broccoli flowers and beans and clam sauce, and fish soup with octopus, rockfish and tomato; and SoCal flavors from Gamboa like pan-seared calamari with cherry tomatoes, and mustard-marinated black cod with saffron risotto, sweet peppers and squid ink vinaigrette.
Additionally, you can shop co-owner Carla Sersale’s curated collection of specially commissioned designed clothing, accessories, and home goods, chic swimwear, fragrances and scented soaps from Emporio Sirenuse in Shutters’s The Cottage gift shop.
