The Plot’s Plantscape Dinner Series: A Culinary Experience in Orange County

Award-winning plant-based restaurant The Plot is set to make waves once again as it brings back its celebrated tasting menu dinner series, Plantscape, to Orange County. Following the successful launch of its first OC location at The CAMP in late January, The Plot is thrilled to announce the second dinner of this innovative series, scheduled for Thursday, May 30, with seatings from 4 to 6:30 p.m.

The Plantscape dinner series, led by The Plot’s culinary maestros—Executive Chef Davin Waite, Head Chef Travis Roe, and Master Fermentor and Baker Chef Bryan Balzer—promises an extraordinary six-course dining experience. Each dish in the series is crafted using locally sourced, regeneratively grown and hyper-seasonal ingredients. A significant portion of the produce is harvested directly from The Plot’s garden project at their flagship Oceanside location, ensuring the freshest and most sustainable dining experience.

To complement the creative dishes, The Plot offers an assortment of natural wines, carefully selected to enhance the flavors of each course.
