Pop Pie Co. x Trust Restaurant Group for National Pie Day
Jan. 23. Two new pies debut at Pop Pie Co. this Thursday in collaboration with Trust Restaurant Group’s executive chef Brad Wise and executive pastry chef Jeremy Harville. Pop Pie Co.’s Executive Chef Gan Suebsarakham has collaborated with Chef Brad Wise on a Shepherd’s Pie filled with mirepoix, toasted turnips and peas, then topped with garlic potatoes and cognac gravy. The second pie will be a Cannoli Pie with Ricotta filling, Turkish apricots, pistachio and cannoli crisps. The first 20 people in line will get a free Pop Pie Co.
