Foreigner & S.D. Symphony at The Rady Shell

March 20. Celebrating their 50th anniversary “orchestral style,” Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Foreigner join the San Diego Symphony Orchestra at The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park. Conducted by Stuart Chafetz, the special concert showcases the legendary multiplatinum rock band along with Symphony orchestral accompaniment. The Mustache Bash 2026

March 21. Dubbed as “the funkiest disco party of the 21st century,” The Mustache Bash returns to Mariner’s Point Park. We’re talking at least 16 funk and disco music acts performing across four stages (the Water Stage, Fire Stage, Wind Stage and Earth Stage, of course). South Park “Shop Local” Market

March 22. The quaint ‘hood of South Park hosts its popular monthly “Shop Local: Art & Makers Market” on Sunday, and it’s packed with locally made treasures from around two dozen local artisans and businesses. The community-focused market lets you shop for original art (including ceramics, stained glass and more), handmade jewelry, vintage attire and accessories, homewares, candles, pet products, and more; plus food and drink outposts nearby. Springtime Tours with Triton Charters 

Ongoing. Test your sea legs aboard the city’s largest catamaran—accommodating 100-plus passengers. Liberty Public Market 10th Anniversary

March 21-22. Celebrating “10 years of local flavors, 100 years of history,” Liberty Public Market marks a decade in business. The former 1920s-era Naval Training Center commissary and mess hall opened in March 2016 as a 25,000-square-foot food hall and retail venue. It houses nearly 40 eateries, bars and vendors serving everything from empanadas to Thai food to burgers to cocktails. Now Available. Colorful Gaslamp hangout Hasta Mañana Cantina has launched a new weekend brunch service filled with hearty delights. San Diego Latino Film Festival

The Old Globe: Fiasco Theater’s Bartleby

Through March 22. Catch it before it closes! Running through Sunday, don’t miss The Old Globe’s commissioned world premiere of Fiasco Theater’s Bartleby. Adapted for the stage by Noah Brody and Paul L. Coffey, it’s a new take on Herman Melville’s dark comic classic, Bartleby, the Scrivener. It’s “set in the buttoned-up world of an 1850s law firm but infused with the spirit of The Office and the absurdity of Beckett…” Emily Young directs. Del Mar Fairgrounds: Banksy Exhibit

Through April 19. A huge success around the world (three million visitors and counting), a special exhibit visits San Diego for the first time: The Art of Banksy: Without Limits. The roughly 60-minute experience lets visitors peruse 200 works by the world’s most famous and mysterious graffiti/street artist, including prints, photos, murals, sculptures and certified originals.
