Chef and owner, Kurt Metzger describes his cooking as “ingredient-inspired and ingredient-driven” and brings this farm to table concept to fruition through local farmers, ranchers, coffee-roasters, wine-makers, oil-pressers, chocolate roasters, etc. The rustic atmosphere boasts an extensive wine library, indoor and patio dining and a manicured herb garden. For a weekday breakfast stop, check out Pacific Beach’s World Famous. On Saturdays and Sundays, Monello’s brunch blends Italian and American breakfast with ingredients sourced from the Little Italy Mercato. Despite its name, Eclipse offers guests more than just a cure for their sweet tooth with a full line-up of brunch options.
