One Paseo has arrived and has now unveiled a large part of their retail portion. From out of market favorites like Blue Bottle coffee, flagship concepts Marrow Fine jewelry and Color Counter to an expansion of local favorites including Pigment, Van de Vort, Shop Good and Parakeet Cafe. The center is also home to second locations for businesses new to the area, including cult favorites Salt & Straw and SoulCycle.
Still to come are eateries such as International Smoke, Ways and Means Oyster House, The Butchery and North Italia, along with fitness studios BODYROK and Motion Stretch, and specialty shops including children’s boutique Nathan West and swimwear store Blackbook Bikini.
