El Dorado Celebrates Five Years
One of San Diego’s first bars dedicated to craft cocktails, El Dorado turns five with live EDM and a “Best of the Bar” cocktail roundup on Nov. 5.
To celebrate five years of success, on Tuesday, Nov. 5, the four founders of El Dorado will reunite behind the bar for the first time since year one to stir, shake and strain cocktails from their “Best of the Bar” menu, consisting of the top six drinks from the past five years. Imbibe in happy hour from 6-9 p.m. with classic hand-crafted creations, complimentary bites from CH Projects’ eateries, sets from local DJs, roving photography and a nostalgic slideshow.
