After touring Old Town, take a load off at Hacienda de las Rosas. The quaint wine and beer tasting room is an extension of the family-owned Hacienda de las Rosas Winery, which also comprises a Peruvian Paso horse ranch and vineyards in Ramona, Calif. The tasting room emanates a cozy, neighborly vibe—complete with a hand-carved pinewood bar, local artwork dotting the walls, wine-barrel tables and staff members dressed in historical attire.
