There’s no shortage of creativity when it comes to the menu selections at new OPM Restaurant & Lounge. From a seafood tower brimming with oyster shooters, oysters, shrimp and crab legs to its twist on the traditional Moscow mule (they use hibiscus-infused vodka), the menu will keep your curiosity and appetite at its peak. The menu is a modern and eclectic interpretation of New American cuisine with worldwide influences. A large part of the menu is based on a “pass and share” concept. The menu features a careful selection of artistic and seasonal dishes, categorized by raw bar, on the board, a few bites, big bites and sweet bites. Also available is an assortment of creative salads and gourmet entrees.
The new Huntington Beach hotspot took the place of former Taphouse HB. You will find an energetic and modern atmosphere perfect for the complete dining experience or just a cocktail in the bar or lounge area. The purple-lit bar provides a trendy and fun environment to enjoy the fantastic selection of craft cocktails, premium spirits, craft beers, and an impeccable boutique wine list with different varietals from all over the world.
Sunday brunch is a must-try with the bloody mary bar, bottomless mimosas and a resident DJ providing music. The brunch menu offers traditional brunch items, of course, with OPM’s personal touch, and signature dishes such as prosciutto eggs Benedict and the incredibly unique (and adorable) Hello Kitty pancakes with strawberry cream cheese and maple syrup. The dessert menu is the perfect sweet ending for any day of the week with bites like green tea tiramisu and yuzu cheesecake.
