Hotel Irvine is taking national s’more day serious; you can have your s’more and drink it too! At Red Bar, the mixologists will be serving up s’mores cocktails concocted with vanilla vodka, chocolate syrup, crushed gingersnap cookies, caramel syrup and more. Chunk N Chip
Aug. 10. For some s’more instant gratification, look for Chunk N Chip’s food truck for craft cookie and ice cream sandwiches. The ever-changing menu currently features s’mores flavored cookies and s’more with stout beer flavored ice cream. Put them together for the ultimate s’more dessert. See website for changing food truck locations, but on National S’more Day, find it at the Segerstrom Center from 5-7 p.m. 600 Town Center Drive, Costa Mesa.

Baking Betty’s

Baking Betty’s will keep you coming back for s’more with its signature, top-selling s’more cookie. Find it any day, not just National S’more Day. Made from scratch and baked throughout the day, only premium ingredients are used.
