Actually, those so inclined might make that eat and drink spicy: In addition to its scores of customized and luxe experiences, focuses at Restaurant Week include specially created cocktails and dishes for lovers of spicy food, such as the Spicy Vodka Rita at Skyloft in Laguna Beach and spicy fried-chicken sandwich at Great Maple at Fashion Island.
