SeaLegs at the Beach: Summer of Music
May 5-7. SeaLegs and the additional three Bolsa Chica concessions—Pacific Kitchen, Beach City Provisions and SeaSalt Burger—kick off their summer season. Revel in a weekend of free live music at SeaLegs—the one-acre beach club will feature artists Mike Dena & Band, the Tijuana Dogs and City Side. The live music will continue through the summer every Friday night and Reggae Sundays weekly. Indulge on an array of scratch-made menu items including poke nachos and chopped summer salad, along with an assortment of wines and brews. May 6. Celebrate MainPlace Mall’s 30th birthday with the biggest Latin music festival in Orange County. Bring your rhythm and your appetite—MainPlace Mall features more than 44 restaurants and eateries to choose from before enjoying the performances of the evening. Skate for a Cause8th Annual Skate for a Cause
May 6. See world-class skating from some of the top skateboarders around. Professional skateboarder Ryan Sheckler and The Sheckler Foundation present a family-friendly skate carnival complete with games, prizes and food. ReAmpReAmp Recording Studios Grand Re-Opening

OC Marathon

Standup for the Cure
May 6. Join more than 1,000 participants in one of the world’s largest stand up paddling competitions. Activities include a yoga paddle board and stand up paddle board clinic, silent auction, live entertainment, lunch from Newport Rib Co., happy hour by Kona Brewing Company and Barefoot Winery, free cancer screenings and more.
