Oct. 1. Enjoy a night of whiskey tasting at Lakeshore Towers, presented by Daily Dose Hospitality and OC Foodies. Sample whiskeys from different distilleries and regions, whether you’re a longtime enthusiast or looking to try something new. Pacific Air Show

Pacific Airshow

Oct. 2-4. Three days of high-flying action return to the Huntington Beach coast, with aerial demonstrations featuring the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, Canadian Forces Snowbirds, U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptor Demo Team and U.S. Navy F-35C Demo. Beyond the skies, attendees can enjoy live commentary, performer signing sessions, beach bars, food and the Pacific Airshow Kids Zone. Friday–Sunday, gates open at 9 a.m.; flying runs approximately 10 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Beachfront south of Huntington Beach Pier, with public entry gates between First and Huntington streets off Pacific Coast Highway.  More Information

The Walk to End Alzheimer’s

Oct. 3. Participants, families and supporters come together at Orange Coast College to raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Walk individually or join a team while supporting the Alzheimer’s Association’s research, education, advocacy and local programs. The weekend gathering offers a chance to honor loved ones and connect with others working toward the same goal. Saturday morning; see registration page for check-in and walk times. Tustin Tiller Days

Oct. 2-4. Celebrate Tustin’s agricultural roots during this 68th annual festival at Columbus Tustin Park. The weekend features carnival rides, live music, food vendors, craft and community booths, and a beer and wine garden. Activities include Saturday’s Tiller Days Parade through Old Town Tustin, wiener dog races and eating contests featuring ice cream, tacos and spicy chicken tenders. Levain Bakery’s Limted Edition Cookie Makes Debut

Oct. 2-4. The cookie peanut butter fans asked for by name is back—and, for the first time, it’s coming to Orange County. Levain Bakery’s limited-edition peanut butter dark chocolate chip cookie returns to bakeries for three days only. Now in its second year, Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Chip Weekend arrives at Levain Fashion Island, giving Orange County guests their first chance to try it at their neighborhood bakery. Puesto debuts Functional Margaritas

Now Available. In partnership with San Diego-based wellness brand Cymbiotika, the restaurant introduces margaritas combining premium spirits, bold flavors and supplement ingredients. The Mar Verde pairs 818 blanco tequila with kiwi, cilantro, lime and Irish sea moss, while Peaches y Crema combines tequila, mezcal, peaches, coconut cream and liposomal glutathione. A nonalcoholic piña spritz rounds out the collaboration. Hours vary and multiple locations. More Information

Three Eyed Tiger x P10neer: Patio Party

Oct. 4. Beverage director Gianna Marcario joins Sabrina Sarner and the P10neer team for a one-night patio pop-up celebrating Three Eyed Tiger’s arrival in Costa Mesa’s cocktail community. Together, they’re creating an exploratory cocktail menu that gives guests an early opportunity to sample the team’s drinks in a relaxed patio setting. Artist Talk: Kim Manfredi

Oct. 4. Join artist Kim Manfredi and curators Elizabeth Armstrong and Daniell Cornell for a conversation exploring Manfredi’s exhibition View with a Grain of Sand. Together, they will discuss the ideas, materials and processes behind the work, offering visitors a deeper understanding of the artist’s practice and vision. “Best of Plein Air” Exhibition

28th annual Laguna Plein Air Painting Invitational

Begins Oct. 3. Bringing 30 nationally recognized plein air artists together to paint Laguna Beach’s beaches, cliffs, canyons and streets, this 28th annual festival features live painting events, a Quick Draw competition, artist meetups, a nocturne paint-out, educational programs and the Collectors Art Party. The nine-day celebration concludes with opportunities to view and purchase newly created artwork. Opening weekend: Sat. Welcome Paint Out 9 a.m.–noon, followed by Show & Tell noon–1 p.m. at Heisler Park; Sun. Quick Draw 1–3 p.m. at Heisler Park, followed by an artist meet-and-greet and silent auction 3–6 p.m. at the Festival of Arts grounds.
