Meet The Mead: Mint Conditioned

Jan. 20. A collaboration between Honey Pot Meadery and Heirloom Potager in the art of flavor. Attendees will taste individual meads made with traditional mint, chocolate, and basil mint. Each of these herbs has its own characteristics, and each sample, using the same mead as a base, has its unique flavor profile. Sip, savor, and learn. $15. 8 p.m. 5120 E. La Palma #104, Anaheim.

Coffee Concerts with High Tide Coffee

Jan. 20. Let the ocean breeze carry you away as you relax, and enjoy a beautiful acoustic performance from Corey Angeli as you enjoy a cup of coffee from High Tide Coffee. Shows are free with admission and are hosted in either the Main Salon (Fall/Winter) or outdoors in the seaside Redmond Family Amphitheater (Spring/Summer). Laughing in Laguna

Jan. 21. This show will feature comedians from Netflix, Comedy Central, Conan, and more. Each ticket comes with a FREE beer from the curated list of beers for the show. Parking can be found around the venue, and this show is for 21 and over. Doors open Saturday at 7:30, and the show starts at 8:00. Tickets can be found here. 859 Laguna Canyon Rd, Laguna Beach.

Celebrate Lunar New Year at Paradise Dynasty

Now Available. To ring in the Year of the Rabbit, Paradise Dynasty will serve a special Lunar New Year menu of some of the most popular Chinese dishes to eat during the festive holiday. They will also give out lucky red envelopes containing $10 vouchers for Paradise Dynasty and $5 vouchers for the sister concept Le Shrimp Noodle Bar while supplies last. Joey Newport Beach Opens

Jan. 19. Your new favorite Newport Beach destination to wine and dine is set to open its doors this week. This new opulent oasis features a gallery wall highlighting several hand-picked local artists, a unique Bocci light installation, and a patio bar with a large-scale outdoor fire pit and retractable roof. Lunar New Year with an ADYA Twist

Jan. 22 – Feb. 5. ADYA Chef-Partners Shachi Mehra and Sandeep Basrur celebrate Lunar New Year with a special Indo-Chinese Thali, at ADYA at the Anaheim Packing House. Guests are invited to welcome the Year of the Rabbit with a unique Indian interpretation of Chinese food, combining the fiery flavors Indians love with a Chinese twist. Daily 12 p.m. – 8 p.m. 440 S. Taquitos La Chata Opens

Jan. 21. One of the best pop-ups in Orange County finally has a space of its own as they take over the kitchen. Funk Freaks Records will be on the decks to get the celebration started; come early and be ready to have a good time and eat some delicious Taquitos. 2023 Tet Parade

Jan. 22. The City of Westminster is proud to present the 2023 Tet Parade. This annual event honors the local Vietnamese-American culture, traditions and beliefs with colorful pageantry, beautiful displays and musical entertainment. Sunday at 8:30 a.m. Bolsa Ave, starting at Magnolia St., Eastbound to Bushard St.

Lunar New Year at Rodeo 39

Jan. 21. Rodeo 39 Public Market will celebrate Lunar New Year with a day of family fun, including face painting, lion dancing and red envelope giveaways. Guests can also try their luck at the money machine, where they can attempt to grab as much cash as they can before time runs out.
