Begins Feb. 8. A week dedicated to one of Southern California’s most beloved foods brings together the region’s top pizza makers for a celebration of craft and creativity. From wood-fired classics to inventive mashups, the lineup spans New York–style slices, Chicago-style deep-dish, Detroit-style squares, Neapolitan favorites, and thoughtfully crafted plant-based pies—offering a snapshot of just how deep and diverse the local pizza scene has become. Capistrano Car Show

San Juan Capistrano Rotary Car Show

Feb. 7. Spend the day surrounded by classic cars, live music, and a lively crowd. The show draws nearly 400 exotic and vintage vehicles and more than 1,000 automotive enthusiasts, making it a must for longtime collectors and casual fans alike. Beyond the spectacle, the event serves a larger purpose: as a major fundraiser for the SJC Rotary Club, it helps support and strengthen local charities throughout the community. Poolside Touchdown Finale at Hyatt Regency Irvine

Feb. 8. Make a splash at the Hyatt Regency Irvine during the hotel’s second annual Poolside Touchdown Finale, a family-friendly, high-energy celebration that takes game day far beyond the living room. Artist Talk: F. Scott Hess

Feb. 7. An American painter and conceptual artist, F. Scott Hess describes himself as a “reluctant realist,” with work rooted in Old Master craftsmanship and a close attention to observed detail. Gather in the gallery with artist F. Scott Hess for an enlightening exercise in slow looking in the Latest and Greatest exhibition.
