OC Parks Summer Concert Series

Hilbert Museum in OC Expands Hours with Sunday Openings

Now Open. For the first time since its opening, the Hilbert Museum of California Art at Chapman University is now welcoming visitors on Sundays, offering more weekend access to one of the world’s largest collections of California narrative and movie art, including works by Disney and other Hollywood studio artists. The expanded hours follow the museum’s 2024 transformation into a 22,000-square-foot, two-building complex that has boosted both attendance and national recognition. This summer, the museum is also featured at Laguna Beach’s famed Pageant of the Masters, with five pieces from the Hilbert Collection included in the celebrated living tableaux.
