Avery Brewing Beer Dinner at the Linkery
Avery Brewing and the Linkery team up to bring diners rare beers from Adam Avery’s personal cellar and a four-course dinner this Thursday, Feb. 21.
To kick off its 8th anniversary weekend, the Linkery has planned a special rare beer dinner pairing with libations from Avery Brewing. The four-course menu pairs two beer tastes with each course, including Avery IPA, Muscat d’Amour, Recolte Sauvage, Odio Equum, Depuceleuse, New World Porter, Maharaja, Rumpkin and Uncle Jacob’s Bourbon Barrel Stout. During the event, Adam Avery, brewer at Avery Brewing, will discuss the background and finer details of the beers with each pour. The Linkery will also be pulling out the rare goods for this special celebration with a menu that includes thinly sliced house cured bresaola, grass-fed beef hanger steak, Avery beer battered pork rings, house-cured pancetta and many other delicacies. As an extra bonus, all attendees to the Avery dinner will also receive free admission to the Linkery’s private Pliny The Younger tasting the following night, Friday, Feb. 22. $88.50/pp. The Linkery, 3794
