Andaz San Diego’s bi-monthly speaker series brings DJs Fresh One, Mikey Beats, Slowhand and Schoney together for an in-depth look at electronic music’s progression into the mainstream.

Andaz San Diego’s digital music forum returns for its second installment tomorrow, Jan. 23,  with an open presentation that aims to shed light on the more intellectual and cultural elements of San Diego’s nightlife entertainment scene by exploring the evolution of electronic music. The musical journey gathers together DJs Fresh One, Mikey Beats, Slowhand and Schoney for a passionate discussion about how and why electronic music made such a splash on the mainstream, the genre’s biggest influencers throughout its history, and the way in which this beat-driven music has changed the industry. The event is part of the esteemed Andaz Salon events, which General Manager Rusty Middleton says the hotel is committed to continuing throughout 2013.
