Colin Kane at the Brea Improv
Dec. 26-29. Born-and-bred in New York, Los Angeles resident, actor and comedian Colin Kane takes center stage for a three-night comedy special. The audience might recognize Kane from his film debut in a breakout role opposite Kevin Hart in The Wedding Ringer; he’s best known for his in-your-face delivery and off-the-cuff crowd work. Happy Harbor Days at Dana Point Harbor
Through Jan. 5. Celebrate the holiday season and the new year ahead at Dana Point Harbor. Each evening, enjoy the illuminated harbor featuring themed light creations including Candy Cane Lane, the “Merry Kiss Me” arch and lighted trees. Participate in the “Merry Kiss Me” social media campaign on Facebook and Instagram. Using #MerryKissMe, visit the harbor and snap your best photos with the light display in front of Coffee Importers. SeaLegs Greetings
Through Jan. 5. The Prjkt Restaurant Group launches its first holiday beachfront experience, SeaLegs Greetings. The family-friendly venue features waterfront carnival rides, festive bounce houses, live music, crafts, a Christmas tree lot, holiday food and adult beverages. Anne of Green Gables
Through Dec. 29. The musical adaption of the classic novel hits the stage at Chance Theater.
