Executive chef Remi Lauvand (Le Cirque, Citrus at Social), conjures exciting French cuisine in a stunning expansive setting downtown. Must-haves are his signature house-made charcuterie selections like chicken “faux gras” with ginger toast, country style pate and duck rillettes; sharable plates like glazed bone marrow with garlic flan, merguez sausage and mussels in a Thai red curry; and entrees like roasted black cod with oxtail ragout, slow-cooked boneless Wagyu beef shortrib, or the 32 oz prime ribeye served over red wine jus with grilled toast and marrow—perfect for sharing. Their hand-crafted cocktail selection also complements the cuisine along with a curated selection of mostly French wines and draught and bottled beers.
