Al Asador Menu at CUT by Wolfgang Puck
Through May 15. Chef Ari Rosenson and the team at CUT are launching a new International Series, a special addition to the regular a la carte menu where you will be able to experience the local flavors and traditions of some of the world’s top meat producing regions. Beginning with Argentina, the “CUTs Al Asador” menu will be available though May 15. The family-style menu features dishes and cooking techniques that celebrate the culinary traditions of this South American country. Sample menu items include Provoleta a la Parrilla: grilled provolone cheese with oregano and tomato; and Mollejitas a la Parrilla: grilled veal sweetbreads, black garlic and preserved Meyer lemon; as well as various sides and sauces such as charred leeks “al asador,” parsley baby artichokes and Roasted Ruitz Farm’s Chantenay carrots, salsa chimichurri verde, roja and salsa criolla. Throughout the remainder of the year CUT will roll out various menus that highlight the tradition and history of several other meat producing regions across other parts of South America, Europe and Asia. $95/pp, includes three appetizers, three entrees, sides and sauces. The Guild
The contemporary American restaurant, rustic wine bar, and artisanal retail store is now open in West Hollywood. Aptly named, the dining destination is located inside  iconic former Screen Actors Guild headquarters. Executive Chef Charles Cho and Sous Chef Steve Castillo offer an evolving, seasonal menu of contemporary American favorites like beet ’n’ goat cheese salad; wild mushroom bruschetta; bone marrow with braised beef tongue; artichoke fettuccine; New Zealand lamb chops and more. Opens April 14. When was the last time you proclaimed a juicy white wine went perfectly with Thai food? Now you can shake that up at Silver Lake’s newest Thai wine and beer bar. Same Same takes over Rambutan Thai and is a partnership between owners Katy Noochlaor and Annie Daniel and Last Word Hospitality. 800 Degrees Hollywood
Dine on 800 Degrees’s signature pies in the heart of Hollywood.
