Italian and Asian cuisines meet at Livello, L’Ermitage Beverly Hills

livelloExecutive chef Joseph Elevado expertly weaves together Italian and Asian flavors at L’Ermitage Beverly Hills’s Livello.

Livello, the latest dining concept at L’Ermitage Beverly Hills, welcomes guests to a culinary destination where Italian and Asian cuisines meet in a free-form inspiration. Executive chef Joseph Elevado has created a menu that expertly weaves together the two cuisines. Zensai, nigiri sushi, gyokairui, menrui and niku share a menu with antipasti, crudi, pasta, frutti di mare and carne. Entrees include a rustic grilled veal porterhouse with pickled cherry peppers and veal reduction and garlic-oil-seared imperial Wagyu beef with sun-dried tomato, ginger, garlic chips and sudachi soy. Pastry chef Angela Ng offers creations that are light and fruit-focused; mochi ice cream and sorbets are available in a variety of flavors and made fresh in-house. Meals pair with beverages from the handcrafted mixology program and wine list featuring a broad selection of varietals. 9291 Burton Way, Beverly Hills, 310.860.8660. lermitagebh.com
