Bluewater Grill in Newport Beach hosted a select group of hotel professionals for a tasty and educational evening on Wednesday, February 29. Executive Chef Brian Hirsty was on-hand to explain all of his delicious dishes, including sashimi samplers, Maryland style crab cakes, calamari fritti and lobster bisque as well as give a back of the house tour. Chef also explained the difference between a seafood restaurant and a restaurant that serves seafood. Bluewater Grill is definitely the former.
