MesaSignature Cocktails and DJ-Spun Hits Abound at Mesa

The edgy Costa Mesa restaurant is one of Orange County’s hippest scenes.

At the corner of Bristol and Baker streets in Costa Mesa’s eco-friendly center the Camp, Mesa plays host to the nightlife scene Tuesday through Saturday from 6 pm–2 am. DJs and live bands take over Tuesday through Thursday, playing everything from the Beatles to the Gorillaz; Happy Hour is held Tuesday through Thursday from 7–8 pm. At the bar, find wine and draft beer along with such signature cocktails as the Clash, vodka-infused with tangerines and Arbol chilies, cilantro, lime and Tuaca vanilla liqueur; Morning Glory, chilled brut sparkling wine with elderflower liquid; and a lychee martini with pineapple juice. A late-night menu is offered from 11 pm–1 am and features cast-iron skillet mussels, fried Cicchetti olives, salami pizetta and chocolate molten cake. 725 Baker St., Costa Mesa, 714.557.6700. mesacostamesa.com
