Wolfgang Puck’s flagship restaurant is reimagined on the heels of its 30th anniversary. Among changes are an airy, more modern dining room and small-plate offerings including barbecued stingray with spicy sambal, and Santa Barbara spot prawns with suckling pig and hachiya persimmons.
