Sotto le Stelle: Celebrating Eataly’s First-Ever Pasta Line with an Exclusive Guest Chef Series


Eataly, the renowned Italian marketplace known for its commitment to high-quality Italian food, has launched its first-ever line of pasta, now available across its 50 global locations and online platforms. This new range features classic pasta shapes like spaghetti and penne rigate, made from 100% heirloom Italian wheat and pure mountain spring water, crafted to perfection with traditional methods for a superior taste and texture.

The Launch Event: A Pasta Extravaganza

To mark this significant launch, Eataly North America is set to host a series of pasta-themed celebrations from April 12 to April 28. These festivities will include exclusive dining experiences, hands-on pasta classes, and special menu offerings at Eataly’s La Pizza & La Pasta restaurants.

Tik Tok’s Carlo and Sarah served up a pasta dish at Eataly Boston for the storewide “Pasta Around” on April 11.

Camphor’s Co-Executive Chefs Max Boonthanakit and Lijo George will kick off the “Sotto le Stelle” Guest Chef Series at Eataly Los Angeles on April 18, with a curated four-course meal created exclusively for Capri.

Chef Mario LaPosta will take over Terra at Eataly Boston on April 24 for a dining experience featuring a multi-course menu of Italian dishes with fresh and seasonal ingredients.

Exclusive Guest Chef Nights

One of the highlights of the celebration is the “Sotto le Stelle” Guest Chef Series at Capri, hosted at Eataly Los Angeles. On April 18, Michelin-starred chefs Max Boonthanakit and Lijo George from the acclaimed Camphor restaurant will take center stage. They will present a specially curated four-course meal featuring a blend of their signature style with traditional Italian elements, perfect for the pasta aficionado.

Hands-On Pasta Classes

In true Eataly fashion, guests can also engage in hands-on pasta-making classes at La Scuola. These sessions offer a deep dive into the art of pasta making, covering a range of iconic dishes from across Italy. It’s an opportunity to learn, craft, and taste under the guidance of experts.

Special Menu Dishes

Throughout the event period, diners can enjoy unique pasta dishes at La Pizza & La Pasta. The menu will include classics with a twist, such as Spaghetti Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino and Bucatini Cacio e Pepe with truffle butter and chanterelles.

A Culinary Collaboration to Remember

The “Sotto le Stelle” series will not only celebrate the launch of Eataly’s pasta line but also emphasize the collaborative spirit of culinary arts. The evening will feature dishes like sea bream & uni tart, crusted trout with asparagus in a lemon saffron sauce, and a refreshing marzipan sorbet with lemon granita.
