As part of Sidecar Doughnuts’ 2018 Chef Series, Puesto Pastry Chef Jessica Scott has teamed up with Sidecar to create a Mango en Nogada Doughnut, raised and topped with a sweet mango glaze and spiced candied walnuts, finished with a dash of Tajin spice and pomegranate seeds.
