Tres by José Andrés and The Bazaar by José Andrés are taking inspiration from Disney’s new Beauty and the Beast movie with two unique Be Our Guest dining experiences, from a 10-course tasting menu to an enchanted afternoon tea.
The Bazaar’s 10-course tasting menu, available from March 17-26, showcases a variety of visually stunning dishes including a Foie Gras Floating Island soup, Beef Cheeks with Rose Petals, the restaurant’s signature Philly Cheese Steak and Enchanted Rose dessert.
You can also spend your afternoon sipping Mrs. Pott’s premium teas and noshing movie-inspired dishes at Tres through March 26. The special afternoon tea menu showcases whimsical sweet and savory dishes. Lumiere’s Culinary Cabaret starts the service with savories like caviar, steamed buns and creme fraiche; vegetarian quiche; and smoked salmon sandwich with coconut. Chips Sweet Delights follow with selections like a rice crispy bon bon; vanilla and strawberry creme puff; chocolate pop rocks; and enchanted rose chocolate cake.
